We offer washing and ironing services of your regular laundry items.
From the time of collection, your laundry items will be washed, ironed, packaged and delivered back to you.
Orders will be charged in accordance with our price list, as published and updated form time to time and, when relevant, must meet our minimum order value.
The status of an Order is displayed within the App.
You warrant that all the details you supply, including without limitation, your name, e-mail address and address, are accurate and that you are authorised to use the address that you provide.
Access to the App is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the App without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason the App is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the App and we reserve the right to refuse to carry out the Service for any reason.
By ordering the laundry services as provided by Get Neat and as set out under the 'services we provide section' ("Schedule"), you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions as set out herein.
Upon placing an order for our Services (an “Order”) with Get Neat you will have to meet our minimum order value, and follow the procedures as set out under the Schedule of services. Get Neat may choose to impose, remove or amend the minimum order value from time to time at it’s sole discretion.
You shall be responsible for ensuring that any items you have arranged to be collected are suitable for the Services. Furthermore, you should ensure any pockets etc. of any items you pass to us have been checked to be empty. We are not responsible for loose items such as jewellery, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cufflinks, etc. Get Neat cannot be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (Lipstick, Gum, Pens, Paper, etc)
Items will be picked up and delivered from the same address. You may change the delivery details of an Order up until the time such Order has been dispatched, following which charges may apply. Get Neat reserves its right to delay delivery up to a reasonable time. If, for this reason, we cannot deliver at the agreed drop off time, Get Neat will contact you to re-arrange the drop-off time.
Get Neat will not release any laundry unless payment is performed in front of the Ninja at drop off. The ninja is not allowed to release the laundry unless a valid payment is made.
Any lost items must be reported within 3 business days. Get Neat exercises utmost care in cleaning and taking care of garments entrusted to us and use such processes, which are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. Get Neat cannot guarantee against colour loss, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Get Neat will not be held responsible for any damage unless you specify if special care is require for any of your garments. Get Neat makes a best reasonable effort to track items that we process and will review all lost items, a maximum of R2000 will be paid out in the event of loss, if the customer has furnished Get Neat with an inventory on the date of pick up and items on that inventory is lost. If an inventory is not furnished, Get Neat cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Get Neat cannot guarantee stains will be removed completely.
Its is our policy to seperate light clothes from dark clothes. Should you wish to have your laundry all washed together, we will not be held responsible for colour runs. If you have any items that require special attention please include these requirements in the provided textbox in the app.
